I’m a mentor and a coach at heart. I’m energized by supporting people on their journey of expanding their career and their impact.
My coach training is through Co-Active Training Institute and I had an absolutely wonderful mentor coach. Every year, I take on a few clients so I can provide that type of championing for others.
Most of my work today is with founders and senior leaders as they grow their teams and need to develop their strategy, organizational alignment, and leadership to scale. Taking on a few coaches working toward certification each year is one meaningful way I stay connected to the coaching community and support the growth of the next generation of coaches.

Mentor coach sessions
Each session is designed around you - your growth edges, your client work, and the core competencies you are developing. We will review recordings together, work through what feels alive in your practice, and build your confidence as a practitioner.
