Growth often begins at the edge of familiarity.

As you navigate a new role without a clear roadmap, expectations are high and the stakes feel real.

This is where strategic growth matters. For more than two decades, I’ve supported people at such inflection points, helping them clarify direction and move forward with confidence even when the path is uncertain.

How I came to this work

I am a first-generation college graduate who learned early how powerful it is to understand systems, communicate clearly, and use one’s strengths intentionally. My career has taken me into leadership roles within Ivy League institutions, venture capital, and angel investing - spaces that can feel opaque and inaccessible if you have not seen them from the inside.

I know what it is like to transition to a new career field without a clear roadmap - and to push past both internal and external skepticism along the way.

Growth coaching matters to me because I have seen, personally and professionally, how aligned, strategic support accelerates growth while preserving integrity, confidence, and purpose. Once I started working with a coach, I gained clarity and confidence, building a roadmap for growth and accountability.

What it’s like to work together

Clients often describe my style as steady and direct. I listen closely, ask questions that surface what matters, and help translate insight into clear next steps.

I draw on both analytical and relational ways of thinking. The work is reflective, but it is also practical.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see your situation clearly and decide how you want to move forward.

Clients work with me because I meet them where they are.

I listen deeply to identify root goals and constraints, think strategically about the path forward, and help them communicate with clarity and confidence.

I integrate both quantitative and qualitative ways of thinking - strategy and metrics alongside values, strengths, and human dynamics - so growth is not only effective, but sustainable.

My role is to be a thought partner and guide in moments of transition and expansion, supporting transformational growth through alignment, focus, and intentional action.

Outside of work

Outside of my professional work, I am a lifelong outdoor enthusiast whose inner athlete emerged in adulthood. I train for endurance events—including completing an Ironman 70.3 and preparing for my second—and spend time in triathlons, ice hockey, and in the woods and on the water.

These experiences reinforce a belief central to my coaching: growth is rarely linear, and new capacities can emerge at any stage of life.

They also fuel the resilience, discipline, and perspective I bring to working alongside founders & leaders tackling complex, high-impact challenges.

A note on fit

I work with a small number of clients at a time.

This work is best suited for people who value reflection and want to make decisions they can stand behind.
