Founders built their businesses on technical skill. This program builds the people leadership that comes next.

In order for founders/CEOs to have a successful business, a great idea or product is not enough. You must develop the leadership and management skills to bring your business forward.

What this program is

  • An 8 week program based on Christa's Founder Growth Model, with weekly 90 minute live workshops

  • A cohort of 8-12 founders in pods of 3 or 4, matched by company stage or situation

  • Pre-work and post-work each week

  • Slack channel for communication between sessions

  • Optional "fireside chats" with experts on a variety of leadership topics

At the end of this program, founders will have tools to:

Turn core values into a vision, mission, and culture

Lead from a style that is their own, built upon best practices

Delegate to senior leaders and hold them accountable

Measure their growth and set next priorities

Align partners, investors, and advisors

Handle conflict and give and receive feedback

Make tough decisions with incomplete information

Stay steady and adaptable under pressure
